2026 Daewoo Matiz EV (front & rear)

Do you remember Daewoo Matiz, one of the most iconic city cars of Europe and South Korea, during late 90s? In the most countries it was known as the Chevrolet Spark, but there were also many rebadged versions of the same vehicle, depending on the market. The Daewoo version which was popular in Europe, was available in 2 generations until 2008, the year that the South Korean company went bankrupt.
After that, Europe recieved the third generation of Chevrolet Spark in 2009, which became Matiz's successor. In 2013, Chevrolet and other GM brands left Europe, but Opel & Vauxhall were the last ones from GM standing (until their acquirement from PSA Group in 2017, which later became Stellantis). So, the Spark had now two successors: The 2015 Opel/Vauxhall Karl (which was the rebadged version of 4th gen Spark) and the 2017 Opel/Vauxhall Ampera-e (the electric alternative to Karl and rebadged version of Chevy Bolt).
Nowadays, the only existing model is the US-market Chevrolet Bolt, which recently got a new facelift. This model inspired me to make a new Daewoo Matiz, with a design inspired from the original model. Would you want it to come back?

Would you like an all-new Daewoo Matiz, but this time as an electric city car?
